I am not here to placate you with vague therapy language or rehearsed responses. I work with people dealing with trauma, anxiety, high-conflict relationships, custody stress, emotional overwhelm, and situations where emotions and conflict have taken over daily life.

My role is to help you think clearly, understand the dynamics in front of you, and develop practical strategies that help you move forward.

I believe people deserve honesty, clarity, and meaningful support — not endless sessions that go nowhere.
